Other Work Samples for:

Morgan has demonstrated an adequate level of competence in reading aloud. There is evidence of the ability to self-correct when an error is detected and to make meaningful substitutions for unknown words. Although the reading lacked fluency, the phrasing was generally appropriate. Some prompting was required to answer questions but a sound understanding of the texts was demonstrated overall.  To progress further, Morgan could practise reading aloud to increase fluency. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade C standard midway through Stage 1.

Grade C

The student has a sound knowledge and understanding of the main areas of content and has achieved an adequate level of competence in the processes and skills.
