Jo has demonstrated an elementary knowledge and understanding of the performance criteria of commercially produced slippers. One performance criterion has been identified but no distinction has been made between functional and aesthetic features. Jo has experienced difficulty identifying the component parts of the slippers. Correct textile terminology has not been used for the materials, reflecting a very limited understanding of the relationship between the performance criteria and the properties of the materials used. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at Grade E standard.
