Tracy has clearly explained how the designer has used sources of inspiration in the development of this costume, including historical, cultural and contemporary features, and draws a conclusion as to how these perspectives contribute to the textile item. The sketch is clear, but the labelling of design features is somewhat limited. Tracy has explored the creative processes of the designer and the description of the design features is quite detailed. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade B standard.

Grade B
