Other Work Samples for:

Cam has demonstrated an adequate level of competence in performing a first-hand investigation. Tables and graphs have been appropriately used to present information, relevant conclusions have been drawn, and the process has been evaluated. There has been no replication of results and the width of tape has not been controlled but Cam has identified this in the analysis section and so was aware of the error. The response could be strengthened by consideration of the close results between masking tape (13.5cm) and sticky tape (13cm) and by suggesting repeating the experiment to verify these results, even if there was no time to undertake this. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade C standard.

Grade C

The student has a sound knowledge and understanding of the main areas of content and has achieved an adequate level of competence in the processes and skills.
