Guidelines for marking

The skills criteria sheet is used as guidelines for judging student achievement. It can be used for self-, peer- or teacher assessment.

Feedback

Students will be provided with ongoing oral feedback from the teacher throughout all activities in the unit. The teacher will examine student understanding of tactics and strategies and also provide them with feedback as they respond to focus questions. Students will receive written feedback from their peers and /or teacher. Comments will inform them on their performance in relation to the criteria established in the areas of offensive skills, defensive skills and team play.
