Other Work Samples for:

Lindsay has demonstrated a limited level of competence in analysing graphs. There are inaccurate statements such as the use of the word ‘accelerates’ to mean travels or moves. There are many errors including confusing between horizontal lines and vertical lines. There is a careful comparison of relative speeds but little or no understanding of rates and of the gradient-intercept form of straight lines. No reference has been made to points of intersection and what they mean. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade D3 standard at the end of Stage 5.

Grade D

The student has a basic knowledge and understanding of the content and has achieved a limited level of competence in the processes and skills.
