Other Work Samples for:

Drew has demonstrated basic knowledge and understanding of trigonometric ratios in relation to right angle triangles. Simple mathematical relationships have been identified but there is no evidence that these can be applied to practical problems. A limited level of competence in solving problems using the three trigonometric ratios is evident despite the incorrect placement of the angle theta. The calculation of an angle has not been completed and there are no examples of finding the length of sides. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade D standard midway through Stage 5.

Grade D

The student has a basic knowledge and understanding of the content and has achieved a limited level of competence in the processes and skills.
