Popular Film Review - Taylor : Grade Commentary
Taylor has demonstrated a sound understanding of some of the conventions of a film review. A recount of the plot with some evaluation and generalisations based on the film has been provided. An understanding of the context and perspective of the film is apparent. Simple film techniques have been identified and are supported with examples. An appropriate tone has been used, but there is little flair in the use of language which at times is clichéd. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade C standard midway through Stage 5.
Grade C
The student has a sound knowledge and understanding of the main areas of content and has achieved an adequate level of competence in the processes and skills.
