Lee has demonstrated basic knowledge and understanding of the design process in the development of the client survey. The needs of individuals and the environment have been explained with a limited link between the client needs and the proposed solution. Lee has selected and used simple techniques to communicate ideas and articulate the design process. A basic evaluation of collated data has been made but Lee has simply restated the answers to the survey in an attempt to make concluding statements. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade D standard.

The student has a basic knowledge and understanding of the content and has achieved a limited level of competence in the processes and skills.
