Casey has demonstrated a very high level of competence in producing a script for a role-play. Detailed information has been provided and the ideas have been expressed coherently. A wide range of appropriate vocabulary and linguistic structures has been used. Stage directions have been included in this fluent dialogue which uses some English syntax but has an appropriate register. The script contains minor errors but is well sequenced and shows an extensive knowledge of Chinese text layout. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade A standard.
