The two main students in this work sample demonstrate a high level of competency in communicating. They express their ideas coherently and logically. They respond to one another fluently and spontaneously, demonstrating extensive knowledge and understanding of the culture of Arabic-speaking communities. These students meet all the requirements of the task, using appropriate vocabulary and sentence structure, and detailed information. Both students demonstrate characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at Grade A standard.

Grade A

The student has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the content and can readily apply this knowledge. In addition, the student has achieved a very high level of competence in the processes and skills and can apply these skills to new situations.
