Other Work Samples for:

Sam has demonstrated a limited level of competence in planning and performing a first-hand investigation. A method has been provided but the steps are not clear or logical, and the time frame is unrealistically short. Specific details have been included and multiple roses have been used, but Sam has demonstrated little understanding of the use of repetition or controlling variables in an investigation. Safety requirements have not been considered and validity is questionable as data has been gathered on separate days. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade D standard.

Grade D

The student has a basic knowledge and understanding of the content and has achieved a limited level of competence in the processes and skills.
