Kendall has demonstrated extensive knowledge and understanding of a local environment. A very high level of competence is evident in applying geographical tools and skills as detailed and accurate descriptions of the processes that form and transform human and natural environments are provided. The weather table includes not only relevant information, but also times, dates and units of measurements. Animals and plants are competently sketched, but not labelled. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade A standard.

Grade A

The student has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the content and can readily apply this knowledge. In addition, the student has achieved a very high level of competence in the processes and skills and can apply these skills to new situations.
