Lesley has demonstrated a high level of competence in communicating in written form. A detailed survey has been produced using both hanzi and pin yin. Appropriate vocabulary has been incorporated but the tone marks are sometimes incorrect, and the hanzi and pin yin do not always match. Some minor grammatical errors have been made and there are some inaccuracies in the Chinese characters. The survey could be better structured but does demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of the content. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade B standard.
