All three speakers have demonstrated a very high level of competency in creating a clear and original spoken text. They have successfully established and maintained communication, conveying meaning through accurate expression, stress and intonation. Relevant familiar vocabulary and a wide range of linguistic structures have been used to express their ideas. This work sample demonstrates characteristics of work typically produced by a student performing at grade A standard.

Grade A

The student has an extensive knowledge and understanding of the content and can readily apply this knowledge. In addition, the student has achieved a very high level of competence in the processes and skills and can apply these skills to new situations.
